🧋 Classic Black or Jasmine Milk Tea

Ingredients
- 2 bags of Black Tea or Jasmine Tea
- 150 ml of Hot Water
- 50ml – 70ml of Barista Oat Milk
- 1.5 – 2 tbsp of White Sugar
- 2 – 3 tbsp of Tapioca Pearls
Instructions
- Brew 150ml (about half a mug) of concentrated black tea or Jasmine tea with 2 tea bags and let it steep for 5 minutes.
- Add 1.5 to 2 tbps of white sugar to the tea.
- Add 2 to 3 tbsp of tapioca pearls.
- Top with barista oat milk.
Ingredients
- A separate cup to brew the tea
- 1 bag of Black Tea or Jasmine Tea
- 75 ml of Hot Water
- 150 ml of Barista Oat Milk
- 1.5 – 2 tbsp of Brown Sugar Syrup
- 2 – 3 tbsp of Tapioca Pearls
Instructions
- Brew 75ml (about a quarter of a mug) of concentrated black tea or Jasmine tea with 1 tea bag in your secondary cup and let it steep for 5 minutes.
- Add the brown sugar syrup to your main mug and smear it on the sides for the "tiger claw" look.
- Add 2 to 3 tbsp of tapioca pearls to your main mug.
- Add the barista oat milk to your main mug.
- Add the concentrated tea from your secondary cup to your main mug.
🧋 Matcha Latte Bubble Tea

- 1 tsp of Matcha Powder
- 50ml of Hot Water
- 175ml of Barista Oat Milk
- 1 – 2 tbsp of White Sugar
- 2 – 3 tbsp of Tapioca Pearls
Instructions
- Mix the matcha powder and sugar.
- Add 50ml of hot water and whisk until all lumps are gone.
- Add 2 – 3 tbsp of tapioca pearls.
- Top with barista oat milk.

🍯 Brown Sugar Syrup

- 350g Dark Brown Sugar
- 350ml Water
Instructions
- Mix the sugar and water in a pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
👨🍳 Homemade Tapioca Pearls: Creation

Ingredients
- 400g Tapioca Starch
- 210ml Boiling Hot Water
- 135g Dark Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Mix the sugar and boiling hot water in a pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add 380g of tapioca starch.
- Turn off the heat and stir vigorously.
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- Knead until smooth. (If sticky, use leftover starch. If dry, wet hands).
- Roll into snakes and cut into pearls.
👨🍳 Homemade Tapioca Pearls: Boiling

Ingredients
- 250g Tapioca Pearls
- 4L Pot
- 2.5L Hot Boiling Water
- 3 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the tapioca pearls and let them simmer for 20 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and leave them covered for 20 minutes.
- Rinse under cold tap water for 20 seconds.
- Rest the tapioca pearls in brown sugar for 10 minutes.
